We recommend that you have the following documentation available at application:
- Signed tax returns, including all schedules, for the past two (2) years
- W-2s for the past two (2) years
- Two (2) most recent pay stubs with year-to-date earnings
- Two (2) most recent bank/asset statements, all pages- front & back
- Contact Information for your homeowner's insurance agent
If you are refinancing We will also need the following:
- Copy of a recent mortgage statement or coupon for all mortgages on the property to be refinanced
- Copy of the property Survey
- Copy of the Warranty Deed
- Copy of your title insurance Owner's Policy
- Copy of the Declarations Page from your homeowner's insurance policy-flood and wind policies, if applicable.
